Gift card terms and conditions
After purchase, your Pierre Lannier gift card and its details (code, validity date and amount) will be sent instantly to the email address provided and will be available for use on the website: https://www.pierre-lannier.com/en/.
This gift card can be used online, in the same way as a promotional code to be inserted when validating the basket. If you request a refund after purchase, the amount of your gift card will be re-credited to you. The Pierre Lannier gift card can be used on one or more occasions, up to the amount of the card, and cannot be topped up, exchanged for cash or transferred to a credit card. Please note that you can only enter one voucher when validating your basket.
Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. In the event of loss of the gift card code, Pierre Lannier declines all responsibility for reimbursement. You can however contact our customer service, who will do their best to find your gift card code.
